Want to keep the aluminum wheels from getting the nasty chemicals used to melt snow and ice on them from the roads. It has been my experience it doesn't take long for the chemicals to start eating away at the finish on the wheels. Many times the temperature outside doesn't allow for a wash job in the winter months.

It sounds like your just looking for a set of winter wheels. I would first take a look at ebay. I bought a set of stock steel wheels for my '04 off of there about 4 months ago. It cost me about $1200. for all six with shipping. I also have a few bookmarks of other places that sell stock steel wheels a lot cheaper than a dealer would. I'll post them as soon as I get back from a trip.

Whoops! I meant to put it cost me $400.00 for all 6 wheels on ebay. It cost me $1200 to have them widened and powdercoated.

I have checked EBay and a whole bunch of other websites. I seems no one markets steel wheels to fit the 2005-06 duallys. They have a different bolt circle than 04s. I have checked with tire store locally as well with no luck. Can't imagine what they would cost from the Blue Oval folks.
