Disc and drum brakes

Apologies in advance for asking this question, as it is most likely already answered somewhere in this forum - I just can't find it. Will the rotors from a 74 F250 XLT fit a 69 F250? Also, will the rear drums fit? My neighbour is getting rid of his 74 and both sets of brakes are new within the past year - mine are worn out. Before I offer to take it off his hands, I'm curious to see if it will work.
Thanks in advance for any replies.
Steve

Steve, Get the whole truck. Darn near every thing will fit on yours. Besides you could sell parts and maybe make a few bucks.

Does your truck already have disc brakes? If not, there's a good Tech article on this site regarding the conversion.

Yep, I've already got discs on my truck, but as I said, they're worn out. I will most likely pick it up, just for the propane system alone. I'm rebuilding my engine for propane and need the mixer and vaporizer - they are pretty costly on their own. The 60 gallon tank I've got in the back of mine can run near to $1000 here. The brakes would definitely be a bonus! Thanks for your responses guys! Steve
