power steering pump noise

I'm not sure about the power steering pump. I don't think that is unique to the 4.2. Seems like I have read about that problem a few times before but don't recall if/what the fix is.
Maybe there's more or better info in the Brakes/Steering/Suspension forum.
I'll dig around a little and see what I can find.
