Front end clunk
I have read about clunking on here and checked most of the issues. My noise is in the front end(sounds like passenger side),mostly on rough roads. I have replace seal on axle tube, vacuum seal and o-ring,removed sway bar and links(temporarily),checked everything in the suspension for looseness,bearings okay,u-joints okay,new shocks.Nothing has helped yet. Now what do I check? Could this be in the differential? Thanks for any advice . Brad

I'm assuming it's a 4X4. Couple thing else to check. With truck running have someone rotate the steering wheel back and forth to put pressure on the joints. Look at the draglink where it attatches to the pitman arm. See if it's popping up and down or side to side. Did you check the ball joints on it?
