I have a 2003 F350, 6.0. I pull a 12K# fifth wheel and would like to gain some torque and power in the normal driving range (1500-2500 RPM). I have avoided applications like Banks, Edge, Superchips, etc due to warranty concerns and not really needing the high end power. I have not installed any guages, but have installed an AirRaid air filter and a Banks 4" turbo back exhaust system.
Has anyone had any experience with a Plug 'n Play module called Workhorse. The web address is www.888luvdiesel.com
They are currently offering a 4 month trial/money back offer that expires tomorrow, March 26 - their normal trial period is 60 days.
I pull a trailer alot 10000 lb or more I habe the bully dog outlook/w the power pup and I love it for the money you cant go wrong then you will have the gauges and the power for a good deal the plug and plays at that site are like 700 buck the bully dog is around the same price but your getting two units in one and the bully dog will alow you to change the power on the fly right from the outlook.
Run as fast as you can it's a rebadged Dr. Performance module, fuel pressure only. Take the members advice or look at our site for lots of HPoptions that work great!

Mark @ DPPI
Yes, take a good look at the products Mark endorses. Be sure and do your own R&R though.
Mark already knows that Dr. Performance does not make performance modules, Predator does (the company that has the fastest 1/4 mile diesel on the planet). He also knows that Dr. Performance owns Predator. Now, ask yourself? How reliable can someone be who will provide you with FALSE information about a product you are seeking information on and tell you to "run" from it when they are pushing their own stuff. <O</O
Mark endorses products that circumvent your factory fuel delivery system by reprogramming it. <O</O
Ford is going to install a SOE recorder (SEQUENCE OF EVENTS DATA RECORDER) to the ECM to monitor factory system operations; it's just a matter of time if they are not already doing it. Personally it cannot come soon enough for me because I believe there is a line you do not cross.
I hope at that point they hold people like you Mark@DPPI and the tuner god that is so popular here accountable for developing and providing products to consumers that eliminate speed limiters, disable EGR valves and over-fuel factory fuel delivery systems to make un-useable HP. You know the SMOKE thing.
Gee BassCat you lost me....the fastest Powerstroke 6.0L is programmed by SCT...Hummm
What’s with the "Gee" stuff??? Pulled your thumb out of your mouth or what??? Your implying that the Dr. Performance Predator race truck is a Powerstroke 6.OL... Wrong dude, its a hopped up Dodge Cummings... Yeah, it's a Mopar duuude, ran 8.72 in the 1/4 mile in front of a 140,000 screaming NHRA fans...
Please, share your knowledge with us and tell everyone, what did the SCT 6.OL Powerstroke run in the 1/4 mile???
It'll give you power and it may very well increase your mpg. However, look up 10k mod on the larger diesel forums, get your simple parts at Radio Shack for about $3.00 (or less). In my opinion, it's a marketing rip-off, nothing more than a glorified resistor gimmick!
Thanks for the reasoned response, HB01. I don't have a mechanical or technical background to evaluate all the claims but you confirmed my suspicions and my decision not to purchase.
For what it's worth, I don't have an agenda, I am not in the automotive business in any way whatsoever. But I have been reading and posting on the many diesel sites for a few years now. As far as I can tell, and although I have had no business dealings with him as yet, Mark from DPPI has a reputation beyond reproach. I have many times witnessed him send folks to a competing business for no other reason than to help out a customer....sometimes at his own expense.
