exhaust mod

This might be a personal opinion but Im not sure so thats why Im asking. Im going to get the 4 inch MBRP system.

My question is straight pipe or go with the one with comes with the muffler?

Also does anyone know a website where I could listen to the difference?

Thanks,
Ted

straight pipe! me as well as some other people have the MBRP 4" with mufflers, and then went to straight pipe. the sound is the same, but there is more whistle.

straight pipe it! the muffler on my mbrp lasted about a week before i heard my friends straight pipe then it was taken out right away. it sounds good but its not too loud. you can really hear your turbo sing. with the windows up i cant hear it but i like to ride with them down even with it in the twentys here and listen to it whistle

Personal opinion I'd say. Try it both ways. It's not hard to switch between the two. See which you like better and go that route. Personally, I have a muffler. But, I don't have an MBRP system either.

I have a muffler as well. My system is loud enough and I can hear the turbo very easily.

this is me too. I'm staying with my delete pipe...nice sound and not much louder than having a muffler.
