Compatible Doors 72 & ????

Are doors from 72 and 73 compatible?

What year doors are compatible with 72?

Are the econoline vans also compatible with 72 from the years surrounding 72?

thanks

Matt

I'm pretty sure they updated the cab like the rest of the line in 73 but the 67-72 dash was used in the heavier models all the way to 79.
