An entire week of primitive camping and Elk hunting. No phone, no "on call", no worries. But lets not forget going to the accountant yesterday to get the taxes done expecting to pay and than getting a nice return$$$ tranny money for the F250!!!

Riding my V-Star on the open road is slowly gaining on my cruising through the woods on my Rancher.

But top of the list is....all three of us in my family eating a nice dinner, either at home or wherever!

Swimming in cold salt water.....

New England Cold.
Hot summer day when the water is cold.

But not as cold as Arcadia Water...yikes.
I'm not a brownie who swims New Years Day. (now that's just plum ol crazy ;')

Ridin' a trail on horseback does it for me. I've never ridden in out west on the praires or the mountains but someday I will.

Hmm. What makes me feel free. So much in this world makes me feel not free (school, work etc) but what makes me feel free is hanging out with my girl, going for drives in the truck, getting out into nature and lately it's been video games. :P Not sure why either.

18 holes with my girl on a nice course, cruisin somewhere on a nice day with the windows down and the music up, hikin through the woods, up a mountain, where ever. I can't wait for the nicer weather to get here! Oh, and if I really need to get away and blow off some steam... Hit up the shooting range and put some lead down range... talk about liberating. No one will mess with you either

I like driving my 1972 Mustang 351C. What a fun car. I also ride my Harley for some R&R.

It is a way I have of driving off the spleen, and regulating the circulation. Whenever I find myself growing grim about the mouth; whenever it is a damp, drizzly November in my soul; whenever I find myself involuntarily pausing before coffin warehouses, and bringing up the rear of every funeral I meet; and especially whenever my hypos get such an upper hand of me, that it requires a strong moral principle to prevent me from deliberately stepping into the street, and methodically knocking people's hats off – then, I account it high time to get to sea as soon as I can. This is my substitute for pistol and ball. With a philosophical flourish Cato throws himself upon his sword; I quietly take to the ship.
