When the Moist air comes I start to have problems. If it Rains for a day into two days I start to have windshied wiper problems. I have no control over them they just go into this mist mode and you can't turn them off nor can you speed them up at all. Now I have a new problem, yesterday, after 2 days of rain now my parking lights are stuck ON....does anybody have an idea as to what the fart in church is going on?

I want to say that the GEM modual is under the dash on the drivers side i think
You should have 2 fuse boxes one under hood on drivers side and the other is inside drivers side above E brake pedle(it should be marked on dash below and to the left of the stering wheel)
the GEM module is mounted on the back of the fusepanel under the drivers side dash.
it takes only about 45 min to change it out but is a costly part. I have the program that the dealerships use for the ford expy problems so i will check and see what it comes up with but it does sound like the GEM is acting up
