390 block for $450?

390 block for $450?
I can get a 390 block with rods(c3ae-c?), along with a TRW L2291A .030 over, with new cam bearings installed, no crank for $450. He's also got some C6AE-U heads for $275.
I've also got a coupel 390 cranks at the house & a 941 to use.
If someone would like, can ya run some calcs on the quench and estimating hp/torq?

if there aint nothing wront with it i would get it. that is a little bit more than the pistons would cost alone. i aint too sure about the rods i dont know much about the casting numbers for them and for the heads i would just go with a later set of D2 heads and port them unless there is somethin special about the C6AE-U heads that i dont know.

Yes, I kinda thought about the same about the heads. I've got a set of blank d2's sitting inthe shop. I gotta buy springs for the 941 anyways, I might as well start with the d2s......
Any other thoughts?
