consider it mild payback for all the corruption you have ensued on my poor helpless brain!! not to mention the dents you ALL have made in MY wallet...
That sounds about right
When do you leave next week? I'll check my schedule today and figger out when I can get up there. Also, I was wondering if you could weld up a hairline crack on the rear cover of my 9". Wonder if i get it clean enough if we could do it with the fluid still in it
You bring the fire extinguisher, I'll bring the welder. I'm taking off Thursday night when I get home from work. Next week might be pretty tough though, I spaced off it's the week that I'm leaving and I'll be working until 8-9PM Monday-Wednesday, Thursday I get done about 6PM and head straight to Portland. I will be around for a few hours tomorrow afternoon though. What say you?
whelp, i work pretty much full days next week except friday i have off. I guess we'll see how the next week looks, i guess i could swing up someday after school when i dont work
The whole video is full of stuff like the demo. Most all of it was filmed in south florida, I have both an plan on going to some of the events. Oh an wait till you see I think an F-350? (looks like ivan's in a way) on dual tractor tires pulling a "jet boat" (tug-o-war) in the middle of a lake.
It's been awhile since I've watched them.

I own TGW2 and it is deffintly worth the $20 for as long as it is they show this h-u-g-e ford float on water from the big tires, tug-a-wars, mud races, engines blowing, and 95% is professionally shot for the video.
Wow, ordered them on the night of the 23rd and they arrived today, awesome! I haven't watched them yet, I'll save that for this weekend. But just wanted to give a heads up that they're fast about shipping.
Yeah Beau and I have watched those both quite a few times. My favorite is when the guys jump the gray ford over the cars and the passenger isnt belted in and is flying all over in the cab, i had to slomo that one...hilarious.
I finally got to watch TGW2 (most of it) and its freakin cool.....i really dig the big blue 79 Ford Crew cab "Papa Smurf", watching it go across the lake was awesome, you could tell it really was floating because those guys where riding the tires round and round!!...what caught my eye about it was the 10 inch blocks on the front springs ...i dont even like 10" blocks in back, let alone up front...but in its defense, that movie showed the truck going nuts with those huge tires on the pavement pulling another truck!! the rockies where bucking and twisting, and the ubolts held up (at least long enough for the vid) its not tagged so he dont drive it on the street, but he said he would if it was legal, kinda scary...

that vid makes me wonder just how weak front blocks are....i watched the rest of it, and that guy slams over cars, is hooked up in the pull off spinning those big **** tires on hot pavement, and just flat out giving it hell in everything he does and the front is still under it....i still wont use them, or suggest that anybody does, but he didnt break anything when some "better" setups where snapping under the same stress....i need to buy the real vid so i can see it better, i downloaded it off limewire so its pretty small and hard to see....
