After a 15 degree nite last month,my son went out and started his truck.5 minutes later i went out and saw fuel dumping out the water drain tube.We shut it down, let it sit for 4-5 hours started it again, it leaked again, but only a couple of drops.Since then no major leaks, but,if the temp drops below 30 we're getting a few drops(2 teaspoons)only at start up. Did that cold nite possibly crack the drain valve, and if so is that valve replaceable.
Thanks Al
Here's a cut-n-paste of one I found on here and saved it. Hope it helps.

Fuel Bowl Drain Valve O-ring replacement
here's the procedure just incase you need it
O rings are 1/2" od, 1/4" id, and 1/8" thick
Locate that yellow valve handle at the side closest to the firewall. This is the drain valve. Remember how the pieces are oriented for later re-assembly. There are four #20 Torx screws holding the valve to the filter body. remove the four screws. Using a toothpick, pry the two little yellow o-rings out of where they fit. Replace them. Lube the threads on the four screws. Re-assemble and check for leaks. Replace the Powerstroke cover.
