Used XCal2

What's required to be able to use a used XCal2? Are there canned tunes available that can be used with LiveLoad or must all tunes come from a dealer at additional expense?

thanks!

You will most likely need to purchase some tunes from a Dealer. If it was a 9415 then it should already have canned tunes but either way you will have to unlock it so it will attach to your vehicle.

First, the original vehicle needs to be returned to stock tuning.

Then, if the Xcal2 isn't loaded a calibration code that is the same as your truck's code you'll need to contact a dealer such as us to load a set of tunes on it. Of course its not free, we're good at what we do and our time is worth something.

I was gonna ask a question, but after re-reading the original post I see what your talking about. So, I'll just edit out my brain fart lol.

Can you have senior moments at 33?
