Great Service
Well, I had placed my order for a BTS valve body on Friday of last week.
I told them that I was not in a hurry and that if they had other customers in a jamb, to take care of them first.
Much to my surprise, I returned from work Monday, to find the BTS valve body on my door step. From Arizona to Connecticut in one business day.
Nice work. I wish more companys responded that quickly.
Now if I could only figure out where I saw the install write up. I though I saw it here on line by someone. Any one seen it? I can't imagine it's too difficult. I would like to find the torque settings for the various bolts. Other than that, I think I can fumble my way through it.
BTS, incase you read this, thanks for the great service, try and get some directions written up for future orders.
