About how much will it cost for a decent rebuild kit for a 7.5/460 engine?

Farm Boy - We need a little more information. What are you going to do with the truck? Do you want an emphasis on horse power or torque. What range of money are you planning on spending.

Im mostly going to use it as a farm truck...like hauling equip. and carrying wood. But i'll also go in to town sometimes, so i was looking for a little mileage increace (1-2) and adding torque. Im not planning on spemding more than $200.
