2005 EB Steering column 'clunk' when cold

When my 2005 EB 2WD is cold and I drive over rough spots in street, I hear and feel this soft clunking. I feels like it is in the steering column near the floorboards or firewall. After about 2 miles or so, it goes away.

I searched this forum but didn't seem anything like this. Also checked TSBs and nothing there.

Any ideas?
