Power Window Motor???

You can reach thru the access holes to reach the motor - to remove it, you have to find the dimples in the panel metal that line up with the rivets that hold the motor and window regulator in the door, drill a hole to access the rivets to drill them out. Suggest searching for window regulator removal and follow procedure - it may be in Haynes manual also. Be careful since once all three rivets are out the whole motor, regulator and window will move and can get your hand

I have changed them on a 1985 and a 1994. The motors were held in with hex head screws that required a 5/16 socket rather than rivets. Either way you still have to drill out the dimples. Are you sure you need to replace the motor or just the plastic gears. They are notorious for failing on these trucks.
