I had an expensive weekend, I know that. St. Pat's day Friday, the the Son of A Beach social Saturday. It's the biggest party in Brandon, and I'll be the first to admit its overrated, but fun nonetheless.
Next weekend should be a productive one though, gonna start a powertrain swap in the ole chebby, the 283 is way too tired. Won't get it done, have to make a new tranny crossmember, change steering column, and those are just the hangups I know about so far. Bought a 305/TH350 off the neighbour out of an 85 Pontiac his daughter drove into the sunflower field 8 years ago.

It's a huge, overpacked and overpriced social put on by the Assiniboine Community College Students Assoication. (2000 people, $20 tickets to get in, $4 drinks) They have a beach volleyball tournament Friday and Saturday, then clear the sand away and throw a party. This year they had 4 courts in the Manitoba Room at the Keystone centre, and apparently it took 20 dump trucks full to make the courts. The sand was about 8" deep.Trevor
