Bushwacker Pocket Styles

I am thinking about purchasing a set of these for my truck. From truckaddons.com, they are about $600 painted to match my truck. My only concern is the installation. I realize that these kits are "no drill" installation and uses factory holes. However, my truck does not have the "factory holes" drilled. (ie. FX4). I see the indentations for the holes to be drilled and would hate to purchase this kit thinking it was a no drill installation and end up having to drill. Another concern is how the flares are mounted to the sides. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe they mount underneath with screws/bolts, but on the sides it uses 3M tape. It worries me since on my other car, I mounted mudflaps and that installation process was similar to the Bushwackers'. The sides that was mounted using 3M tape came undone after about 2 years and all the rocks are trapped in beween. The paint underneath is all scratched up and it sort of defeated the purpose of having the mud flaps as a form of protection. Any input would be appreciated.
