new waterpump leak?

had the waterpump replaced and its leaking somewere, around the thermostat, pump itself, or upper hose. anyway is there a tool # for pressureing the coolant system. just staring at it aint cutting it, appreciate the feedback. also i blew fuse#23 under the hood, which was related to the fuel bowl heater. i called the dealer they asked inner or outer. someone gotta quick answer or ami gonna have to test it

The thermostat housing is pretty pesky to get sealed up. You can rent the tools to pressurize the system.

Inner or outer what? There's only one fuel heater.

i just shrugged my shoulders when the dealer asked inner or outer fuel heater
