Dana 70U ?
I found what I think is a Dana 70U. I put 4 pictures in my gallery in rear suspension. Ivan said it could be a 19 spline ? How can I tell without taking it apart ? Does it matter if I'm not using the ring & pinion, axles, carrier ? It is the right width for my truck, but they don't know what it came out of.

I think he thought it was 19 spline because I threw that number out there. I'm sure KO is right, the D70's were either 23 or 35 . . . that was my brain dead moment. In any event, if you have the shafts and carrier you should be able to swap it all in.
