Drill a small hole in the clear plastic part in both corners of each light. Make sure it is as close to the bottom as possible. Try to get it drilled on the underside that is what I did. As for cleaning them up, Meguires makes a 2-3 stage kit. I have seen Meguires headlight cleaning wipes at Autozone too. Some people have sanded and polished them, but I am not sure what exactly they did.

Texas is righton drilling the hole, I will only add filling the hole with silicone to seal it after. As far as polishing, use a two step process, 1) polish with aluminum polish, the aluminum polish has a more corse grit to work as a first cut but is not overly agressive, 2) polish with a good plastic polish. I have used this process on some really nasty lenses that most peolple would just replace and they came out looking brand new.

I sealed mine with silicone, but ended up removing it and leaving the holes open. The condensation would come back. The small holes allow whatever gets in to get out. I wish I knew where it came in in the first place then I could put silicone on that. The small holes havent caused any problems, its been that way for 5 years.
