Adjustable Gas/Brake Pedal

Is it possible to install the adjustable gas/brake pedal option on a 2006 F250 if it does not come with it. If so how much would it cost?

I would say no - or more to the point that it wouldn't be worth it.
A replacement pedal box would be required, as would the switches and wiring for it...
