power mirrors

I have a small problem with my driver side power mirror it kinda fell out the clips that hold it in have seem to disappered and im not able to get them at the dealer ship they say gota buy the whole mirror $180.00. But what i have is the standard power mirrors and i was wondering were to get parts or a new mirror to replace what i have and also would the other style mirors fit with no mods or what thanks for any info and by the way its a 2001 F250

thanks i got on ebay and bought a set used for $50 wished i had the extendable towing mirrors but i guess these will have to do
