Fe Oil Pan
I got the the motor mount thing figured out,now im getting mixed messages about the oil pan I should use.some say front sump some say rear sump.I have a front sump and a rear 4x4 sump witch one is going to work in my 66 F-100? thanks Chad

The rear sump 4x4 pan also holds about 10-12 quarts of oil compared to the 5 the 2wd pan holds. I would use the rear sump pan, just make sure you have the proper oil pump pickup tube and the main cap bolt for the pickup tube support.

Chad, you might want to consider which pans are removable with the engine in the truck. I agree that the larger capacity unit is better for the engine, but you might have to go into the bottom end someday, and it's much easier if you don't have to pull the motor...
