Only the front? Or do you want to lift the whole truck?

I just put new spring packs in the back, and it lifted the truck 3.5 inches, so know i need to bring up the front!

If it lifted 3.5 over stock then I'd say that you could try 4 inch lift springs in the front.

You will also need axle drop down brackets, extended brake lines, extended shocks, and a front end alignment.

I think what he meant is that a 4x4s stock suspension is normally a couple inches higher in the rear than in the front. so when lift kit companies design the kit, they dont lift the rear as much as the front, to make the truck seem level. i guess thats what he meant?

That is what he meant. If you buy any 6" kit thats is a package deal then they will come in as 3.5ish for the rear. a 4" kit usually comes with either an add a leaf or some 6.5ish inch lift leaves so you can get rid of hte rear blocks...

Basically your going to need to buy a lift kit with blocks then just toss the blocks away. Your not really buying the blocks anyways because they are just a piece of metal. If this helps you any, a 4" lift kit for a 91' comes with a block in the rear that are 3" and tapers to 2 3/4" so i would guess the 6" comes with a similar difference in the height of the block.

You will not need extended break lines.I have 8 inches of lift on my 81 F 150 wich has the same setup as yours.I did a solid axel swap but still used my stock lines,I just pulled some slack from the frame and have plenty of clearence.
