Try National Parts Depot NAPD. They have an OEM one for $478.55 and a repro one for $199.95. They also have a repro one with the internal parts latches cables etc for $249.95. Also, you can get one on ebay pretty cheap. I have seen them on ebay for less than 100 bucks. With shipping its probably over 100 bucks. There is a seller (thevirtualbodyshop) on ebay that will paint one to the color code on your truck for about 200 dollars if I remember right. The shipping on the larger items gets a little pricey. Since your truck is only one color that might be the way to go. Here is the item number to one of the paint to match ones on ebay. Just type the number in the search.
Item number: 8018767548
