Big Tire Conversion Dually
i got an f350 2003 crew cab. I already added the leveling kit. I have alot of clearance but its not a 4x4. I'd really like to do conversion myself to save $$$$ I have 22.5 wheels from Kenworth. Question 1 where can I find the conversion hub. Question 2 what size tires so it doesnt rub. any ideas????

Interesting Idea. You could probably have someone like Performance Wheel make you a bolt-on adapter that would convert your 8x170mm hub into whatever bolt pattern the Kenworth wheels are. As far as tire's go, you can probably use any tire that has a width of no more than 10", to prevent the rear wheels from rubbing on each other. And is somewhere in the neighborhood of 34" in diameter or less, with just a leveling kit.

I just saw a SD with wheels like those on a F450...chrome...drool....on the road, so something must be available. Geez...it looked tough. I tried to catch up with it in traffic to get a pictuure, but could not.
