Gauge install
Ordered and should soon receive a boost and pyro gauge from Tymar with install kits and the A-pillar pod.
I am sure there will be installation instructions, but I relish the opportunity to read installation tips from anyone else who has done this job.
Life is too short to make all the mistakes yourself. I'd like to learn from those who have done it how do do it best and easiest!

PRE-TURBO probe. right in the manifold. I thought I had a pic of mine but guess not, here is a pic of a clamp on type, the screw in ones go same area.

start with small bits work your way up. 1/4" pipe thread I forget what size drill bit is needed. put some grease on the end of the bits to keep metal shavings on it, then use a small seal pick to pull out any big globs that get into the manifold. don't worry, and small metal shavings will not hurt your turbo.
A brass T fitting with hose barbs works great for the boost tap, just cut the map line and install the T, be sure to hook up the line for the gauge before hooking it up to the map line, makes it easier to tighten.

I'll have to look at the pics from home. My work network filters that site as "Timewasting".
How is it wasting time learning how to do something mechanical? (I am a shop teacher)

ANyway, I just read the "lit pyro gauge"thread and copied the instructions provided there. They look excellent. Gauges due to arrive on Monday. I'll have to stare at them until next weekend when I'll have time to put them in.
