Im not quite sure how much to add, but if I were in your shoes, Grant, I wouldve just switched to ELC and be done with the whole testing business forever...

Yeah I should of switched over. Even with the gold there was a service bulletin to check the SCA level after 50k. From what I read 1.4 is min. and 3.0 is what Ford recommends. The 3.0 is suppose to be harder on the water pump for some reason.

I just tested my coolant last night for the first time. We've owned our PSD X for 6 mo. now. My level was at 3.2, presuming I was reading the chart correctly.
