motor swap 460 to 351w

I know I probley catch hell for this but I Have a problem, I own a 1984 F-250 that is in my sig and the tranny is out. I do have an 1985 with a 351w and a good c-6 2wd tranny. what I am thinking of doing was swapping the 351 and tranny in place of the 460 C-6. I know I will have to swap tail shafts on the trannys but the question is what will it take to install the 351. I plan on scrapping the 1985 when I am done.plus I figured I will get better mileage then the 460 any ideas please

Assuming the 351 is a carb and not FI you should just need motor mounts. I would not expect a great deal of fuel savings though.
