steering box removal
I have a '62 f100 sb and i am going to be doing a ifs set up, i really want to use my stock steering column but can i take the steering box off the end of the shaft or not? and if i can... does anyone know if flaming river or anyone makes the right adapter to mate it to a rack and pinion?

CPP sells a column saver for our trucks that is very basic and gets the job done right. I am very sure there are a few other companies out there that sell it as well as long as your willing to look for them. Once you install it you put an adapter on to connect it to your rack and pinnion.
