engine noise 98 xlt
when i try to steadly increase my speed on the interstate when i am already traveling around 70mph, i hear a rattle .. almost like lifter noise.. i have 101k and an thinking about running some "SeaFoam" to clean out the system when i get to 103k is that noise prob my lifters?? anybody else have a simular prob? anyone use seafoam?

i have the same problem,tried the seafoam,it didn't help me.i still have the rattle at start up but gets really quiet after driving about 25 miles or so.if you are hearing yours at exceleration it may be a spark knock.
