i got a bunch of them years ago on ebay for 5 cents each. that was the last one, and i just gave it to the girl in the billing office at the cardioligsts about 1 hour ago.

I heard somewhere the most counterfeied piece of American currency is the good 'ole penny. In that case why would someone want to counterfeit a billion dollar bill? I guess he wanted the lump-sum payment plan...
