We are getting ready to fire up a 360 but dont know the firing order??Or which side number one is on.
Does it go 1234 down one bank?If so which sie and i need the order!Thanks in advance!
BTW,
Just bought a old truck with it in it and had to put wires and cap on cause they were gone.

The cylinders are numbered front to back starting on the passenger side bank. 1(front)-4(firewall) on passenger side-------------- 5(front)-8(firewall) on drivers side. Chevy's #1 is Fords #5 as far as the firing order it's: 15426378 it is suggested that the #7 and #8 wire not be adjacent to each other in looms to prevent induced firing.
