these rods will definatly be forged rods. The only hard part is gonna be if i blow it again, everybody at work knows what i have done to my truck. this said i am gonna have a very hard time convincing the service manager to call ford for a warranty claim. i think ill tell everybody its stock again so i dont have to worry about this stuff. the funny part is that if it does blow again and i get it warranted ford will have to pay me to fix it, cause im the only certified diesel tech at my dealership. ha

i was kinda thinkin about doing that cause snow performance reccommends 4:1 fuel to water-meth ratio under full accelleration. thats alot of fluid in a very small space with a very big, fast moving piston

be very careful when your setting up h20 inj, if you set it to come on at too low of boost you will hydralock your engine and bend connecting rods. I beleive most have it come on at 20psi boost or above.

If you've got a new engine going in, go all out and do it right from the get go. In addition to the rods, definately head studs, and why not get some fire rings too?? You'll not be worrying about a head gasket blowing then.
