Picking out an amplifier

Hey everyone I just wanted to know what would be the best amp to get for these Sub woofers there is 2 of them so:

what is the resistance? 2 or 4 ohms

I Also this: I have a 4 gauge power wire from Rockfordfosgate and 1/2 Fard Capasitor should I upgrade those also?

oh heck no, 4 guage is usually recommended for up to 1500, so under 1000 watts ur fine. u really dont need the cap but if u have it put it on there

Do you know where I can find what size box is to be used with these sub you know like a diameter calculator???

That would be the one you want. dual 4 ohm voice coils wires in parallel = 2 ohm; two 2 ohm loads wired in series = 4 ohm load. That amp puts out 800W X 1 @ 4 ohms, perfect for those subs.
