4 Wheel Drive Problems plz help!
When i have my 91 ford F-150 in 4 high and i am going through some mud or snow it kicks it in 4 low automatically, and it's just annoying. My 4 low light on my dash flashes to when it is doing this. I do use my 4 wheel drive a lot so i would like to fix my problem. So if you can help that would be great. Thanks

Is it a push button 4x4 or manual t-case? If it is push button, it sounds like your gettin water in the connector to the shift motor and it is shorting it into 4low. Try pulling the connector apart, drying it out real good, and put some di-eletric grease in when you plug it back in. That will help keep water out and will still make good contact. You also may want to try to find something to help keep the water out in the form of a boot or something along that lines.
