I was wondering if you can put the 16" aluminum wheels off a 2005 FX4 ranger?? I have compared the bolt pattern and backspace and it looks like it would i am just wondering if it does before i purchase everything. I am going to put 205/60/R16 tires on the wheels does anyone have any comments or ideas

I played around on www.tirerack.com. It looks like the bolt patterns are the same (5-114) for the Aero and Ranger. Tirerack has a 16X8 inch rim that they recommend using with a 215X60-16 tire.
If the offset is right, your combo should work. Theoretically speaking.

The offset/pattern is the same. The only issue would be size of tire you put on and clearence of the suspension. If you have an AWD it is more likely to fit because they are raised higher than the RWD models.
