blown fuse

I have a 2002 f-550 w/7.3. The problem is that when truck is driven for about a day & 1/2 the #22 fuse blows. When you put another in it blows as fast as you turn the key on. The fuse says it's for the engine management. What is that exactly referring to? The computer or what? I came in this morning & put a fuse in & it didn't blow. Any help?

update : I found problem to be wiring harness on top of engine. The Wires to the ipr was rubbing against the engine lifting bracket.
