got it at 1pm and was driveing it at 1:15. i have a ford reman pcm and when i went to clean it it had already had had a chip i wiped the contacts once and put in. i got the stock-40-60-80. just drove around the block checking them out and they all made a big difference but i think i really like the 60.now if my turbo stuff would get here banks quick turbo, big head acc, power elbow and ill be ready to tow this summer should i buy a spare switch?????
Welcome. What would you need the spare switch for? If you're worried about them defaulting back to the stock program, as some of the chips have had that problem, my understanding is that it's in the chip itself, not the switch.
Does anyone know which programs are ok to run in all the time? Even during the cold weather whe not towing anything.
You can pretty much run any program you want all the time, just watch your gauges. I've read Jody recommends running the stock program for the 1st few minutes when it's really cold out and then switching over to your program of choice.
