Help replace side door exterior rail

Help replace side door exterior rail
Does anyone have information or procedures for removing and replacing the rail for the side door, the black rail which runs along the outside of the van under the far-back window? Mine is all rusty with the paint or vinyl covering coming off.

have you been able to find a new one at Ford dealer? my search a couple years ago was negative....had to use a junke yard replacement....will have to realign the slider after new track...instructions on service cd
