Body work

What would be the best way to take care of some rust spots on my 92 F-250.They are around the finderwells and lower front cab corner.

THANKS

cut them out and replace them with metal. you could always get the replacement panels. right now i am taking a class on body work. we cut the rust out, weld in new metal, fiberglass the area, then skim the area in bondo, prime it up, paint it, shazam.
i have a 93 f250 with rust in the fenderwells. i am just going to buy those replacement pannel pieces that are like 45 bucks.
