76 f150 radiator

I have to get a new radiator. The one in it now is a stock 3 row.It is 4 wheel drive with a 390.Can i replace it with a 4 row and will it bolt right up without changing anything? Is the 3 row big enough? I also have ac.

The 3 row should be fine.

Find an install a 7 blade fan and you should be good to go.

The 4 row rad IMO would be a redundant install.

It would require a very expensive shroud for one thing but won't do much better if any job than the 3 row.

Dennis, I went to 4 row from 3 (or two row?) stock, and thickness of radiator does not change. Factory shroud should be fine.
They just put more rows in the same space.
