stereo removal
ok, i am almost done working on this truck. have replaced clutch master cyl,
driver side window motor, changed oil, fuel filter, manual trans. fluid. have one thing left. the light on my radio is burnt out. what do i have to remove to get to the stereo. ps, this sight is the greatest, i don't even go to my service cd anymore, because everyone is so knowledgeable on this sight.

Well if its like my 94, all you need is four long (4"+) nails or screwdrivers. There should be 4 holes on the corners of the stereo. press the 4 nails/screw drivers into the holes. this release the staps on the stereo. after you feel the staps give way. just pull on the stereo it will come right out
