Don't have a tach in yet, but i would guess about 4 grand. I also have a 4x4 250 with a 352 and 4.56's that turns about 3 grand at 65 mph. and has much more petal.
I had a friend follow me with his chevy truck. His seedo went to 150. He said that he was going 120 and I was still pulling away from him. I was probly running about 125.
Justin, saw your web page, nice truck! How did you get those long style cast iron headers to fit the engine compartment? Was there interference with the passenger side frame rail?

My moms 77 F-150 has a 351m with a beefed up cam running on the stock 2 barrel and no other mods and she was clocked doin 93 mph in third gear on the 4 speed, got a free ride home in a cop car. And one day going to work we had a little roll with probably an 86 vette and to be god honest with you we whooped the crap out of it, the guy later came into my moms station and asked whos truck that was and she told him it was hers, and he said he was pushing the vette awfully hard to keep up and it was also on a pretty not so straight stretch of highway, pretty cool :-> . Had a lot of fun in that truck. It's a heck of a scary ride though.

Not only could you have 16 and 16.5 from the factory, but add to the mix other sizes that were "available" such as 17 and 19", but NOT 15....

15" was just brought up to give a tire size. I run 235/75R15's on my truck and for the purpose of making the equation easier to understand for some of our guests I used it since it gives a correct speedometer reading on my truck, since I have a correct tire size now it comes to 4900RPM to go 110.
168*4.11*110/15.5=4900 (31/2, this doesn't count any tire expansion at speed, and assumes the tire is actually the same size it says it is)

I'm with you. In fact, the majority of our "guests" are probably driving an F100 running standard 15" treads! :-) Hopefully, the math lesson will not be lost on them.
