have this weird feeling while cruising at a constant speed.rite around 30mph.at first i thought what i was feeling was a bent wheel as thats what it feels like but when i let off the gas its not there, only while the gas is applied do ifeel it.its a small pulsating feeling.
i was wondering if it could be time for a tune up.i have had two other problems that were simular but not quite the same. one was the fuel pump and the other the dpfe valve both which have been replaced.i also just put in a new fuel filter.
truck has 184 k on it, its a 5.8.plugs and wires are about 2 years old.
tune up time for sure. get some autolite, motorcraft copper plugs. some ford 9mm wires and new cap/rotor . then set your timing at 10*btdc. what year is this?
