1988 351W codes

I did both the koeo test and the koer tests today on my 1988 f150 w/ 351W and c6 transmission. I got three codes on the koer test.
Code 13 - idle low
Code 33 - egr fault - not closing properly
Code 44 - thermactor air system fault
I got no codes on the koeo test this morning.

I'm open to suggestions as to what to do.

Was it warmed up when you checked it this morning?

Yes it was warmed up. I made sure of that.

The first one can be caused by a clogged air filter, bad TPS, bad PIP, or bad ICM. The second one is pretty common, the last one is one of the square solenoids on the passenger side valve cover.

I rechecked the codes this morining with the rig well warmed up.
Got and 11- no codes w/key on engine off
got 13, 33, and 41 again w/ engine running.
