Has any one made their own dash using the stock gauge's. The plastic witch hold's the indicator light's is shot and the salvage yard's want to much for a used own. Or should i go with aftermaket gauge's to make the new dash. 76 RangerXlt HD1/2 360 4spd.

[font color=red size=3]I would think that the cheapest would be a used guage cluster from a salvage yard. If you want a custom one then get a set of guages from Summit Racing or Jeg's and build a custom panel to hold them. There are two articles in the "Tech Articles" section about building custom dashpanels - one is for a Bronco and one is for 61-66 Fords, but the steps and principles should be of help to you.
