Death Wobble

I remember reading about the death wobble on here before I purchased my truck and that none of the dealers could figure out what was wrong with a lot of the trucks. Some had it and some didn't. Have they solved this problem? If not, I have ran into this and have some info for some of you to possibly use. I drove my truck stock for about 5 months without issues. I installed a DR 4.5" lift and drove it for about 2 months without issues. Just here in the last 3 weeks or so I started to develope what I would describe as the death wobble others have talked about. You hit a bump in the road and the steering wheel/front end shakes violently. I started investigating this and found my track rod bar to be moving in the upper mount when someone would sit in the truck and crank the steering wheel. I thought well, maybe I didn't grease it good enough and wore out the DR bushing. I didn't pull it first, I just ordered a new bushing assy for $20. I received it and proceeded to install it and to my dismay the 2 month old bushing was perfectly fine. The bushing measures approx 21mm O.D. This is the same as the holes in the mounting bracket. I measured the stock bolt that installs here and it only measure about 18mm in diameter. I pulled out my stock track bar and it also measure 21mm O.D. I am thinking this cannot be right. To top it off the bolt has a larger shoulder on the head end for about 30mm. The bushing sits over approx 15mm of this and then it reduces in size to 18mm for the rest of the length of the bolt. I think someone has gotten the wrong bolt in the bin for this part of the assy line. Of course the dealer didn't have one. I ordered one and it should be here in about a week. Also, you are suppose to torque this bolt to 396ft/lbs according to DR instructions. That is why I did not see this problem for a couple months. It was smashing the mount down on the track bar not allowing it to move. Not good when this is a pivot point. Any one here have any comments or info about this? Sorry for the long post
